Updated 19th July 2021: Covid 19 Clinical Protocols for all Patients and Visitors

It is no longer a legal requirement to wear face masks. However, be mindful that many of our patients are elderly or medically vulnerable. Staff will continue to wear face masks in the clinic during direct patient contacts.

If you choose to be mask free, please respect the social distancing guidance of 2 meters to minimise cross infection.

You must still abide by the following. Do not enter/you can not be treated if:

  1. You have had a positive test for the covid 19 virus in the last 7 day

  2. You are awaiting test results as you have symptoms of covid 19

  3. You have been contact through the NHS track and trace system and have been told to isolate for 14 days

  4. You have a continuous cough, high temperature or a change or loss in taste and smell

If any of the above relate to you please leave the clinic immediately, return home, and contact the clinic to rearrange your appointment.
