You must have been assessed before we can book surgery.
Surgery comprises of surgery under local anesthetic with 6 subsequent dressing appointments using k-laser.
Cancellation & Clinic Policy
Re-scheduling & Cancellations: As a busy clinical practice, late cancellations prevent us from offering urgent care to other patients in pain.
We strictly require 48 hours' weekday notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This means weekends are not included in the notice period.

For example: To cancel a Monday appointment, please notify us by the previous Thursday.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' weekday notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to treat you in the remaining time, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
